Ordering and payment
Payment can be made via this site using most major credit cards. As all items
listed are held in stock, the total price of the order including VAT and delivery
will be deducted from your card at the time of order. If you wish to order
or pay by another method, please contact us.
Returns
Any item ordered via this site can be returned for a full refund,
for any reason, within 7 days following receipt of the goods. You must notify
us of your intention to return the goods using our contact form or by telephone
(0118 9533 833) within this time. Once you have notified us of your intention
to return the goods, they must be received by us in their original condition
and packaging within 7 days. We suggest you use a method of shipping that
requires the recipient to sign for the package as we cannot issue refunds
for goods lost in transit. All delivery costs for returned goods will not
be refunded.
Damaged goods
Any goods that are received damaged will be replaced once they have been returned
to us. Due to the nature of the goods it is likely that we will not be able
to replace the damaged item with an identical product. In this instance, we
will contact you to discuss pricing and availability of a replacement item.
If no suitable replacement can be found, a refund will be issued for the damaged
goods including delivery charges. Time limits referred to in our returns policy
(above) also apply to goods received in a damaged state.
